Every Busy Beech piece is handmade and one of a kind. If yours is not quite right, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.

How to start a return

1. Message @busyybeech on Instagram or email hello@busybeech.com within 7 days of your order being delivered. Include your name and order number.
2. We will reply with the address to send it back to.
3. Ship the piece back to us. Return shipping is paid by you, and we recommend a tracked service so it does not get lost along the way.

Condition

Pieces need to come back unworn and in the same condition you received them.

Your refund

Once your return arrives and we have checked it, your refund goes back to your original payment method. It can take a few business days for your bank or card to show it.
