Privacy Policy

Busy Beech is a small, one-person business in St. Petersburg, Florida. This page explains what information busybeech.com collects, why, and who else touches it. The short version: we collect only what we need to get your order to you, and we never sell it.
When you place an order
You check out as a guest. There are no customer accounts. To fill and ship your order we ask for:
- Your name
- Your email address, so we can send your order confirmation and shipping updates
- Your shipping and billing address
- Your phone number, only if you choose to give it
- What you bought, and any note you add to your order
Your name and address are shared with the shipping carrier so your package can be delivered.
Payments
Payments are processed by WooPayments, which is powered by Stripe. Your full card number goes straight to them. Busy Beech never sees or stores it.
If you choose to pay with Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm or Amazon Pay, that company handles your payment and any application under its own privacy policy. WooPay, the optional “save my info” feature at checkout, is run by Automattic and only applies if you opt in.
Fraud prevention
On the shop, cart and checkout pages, Stripe and Sift, a fraud-prevention service used by WooPayments, may collect information about your device and how you use the page. This is used to spot stolen cards and fraudulent orders, not for advertising.
Our newsletter
If you sign up for the newsletter, we collect your name, email address and birthday. Your birthday is only used to send you a discount during your birthday month. Newsletter emails are sent through MailerLite, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
Cookies and other technical data
- Cart cookies. WooCommerce uses cookies to remember what is in your bag. The shop does not work without them.
- How you found us. When you place an order, WooCommerce records how you arrived, for example from Instagram or a Google search, and saves that with the order. This helps us understand where our customers come from.
- Checkout usage. WooPayments sends information about how the checkout is used to Automattic, the company that makes WooCommerce, so they can improve it.
- Fonts. The site’s fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser shares your IP address with Google when a page loads.
We do not use advertising cookies or ad tracking pixels. If we add website analytics later, this page will be updated first.
Hosting
busybeech.com is hosted by Hostinger, so the information above is stored on their servers.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as we need them for taxes, accounting and handling returns or questions about an order. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we have about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Some order records may need to be kept for tax and accounting reasons, and we will tell you if that applies. To make a request, message @busyybeech on Instagram or email hello@busybeech.com.
Children
This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
